In 2019, I made the decision to leave office work, the so-called "tired of working for someone else." In 2020, the family enterprise SAFAROV's FAMILY was registered. At the same time, I worked as a manager in a hostel, and the tourism industry drew me in. It seemed to me that I had been working in this direction for many years, often making my logical decisions and visions, which many perceived as the result of many years of experience in the tourism industry. This gave me confidence that this was my calling. Then came the difficult period of the pandemic, but we did not retreat, and in the fall of 2022, we came to the decision to open our hostel. The renovation of the first 315 square meters was completed in early April 2022, and on April 24, 2022, we officially registered on booking.com and on the same day welcomed our first guest.
In a year of operation, we increased the area of the hostel to 650 square meters and took up the entire second floor of the business center.
Our hostel is already 1.5 years old, and from the very first month, we operated at a profit. As of today, the percentage of the average annual occupancy is 78.
The advantages of our hostel are, first of all, dedicated square footage in all areas, for example: the foyer - 40 sq.m., kitchen - 38 sq.m., coworking - 20 sq.m.
The goal of our company for the next six months:
implementation of a smart home system installation of solar panels, providing 30% of the consumed electricity emergency water supply and power supply.
Also, our company is moving in a separate direction - "Turnkey" Tourist Activity, that is, maximum complete support: from booking and accommodation to transfer and exciting tourist programs throughout Uzbekistan.

On average, you can reach the city center by public transport within 10-15 minutes.
If necessary, guests can stay on the hostel premises until 18:00 and also leave heavy and bulky luggage for storage.
